Villa Chalarosi | Coastal Escape

We just returned from an unforgettable family vacation at this stunning Airbnb, and we couldn’t be happier with our stay! Everything felt brand new and was impeccably maintained. This gem is right across from the beach making it super easy to enjoy the sand and surf every day. The outdoor amenities were fantastic! The pool and spa were beautiful and inviting. The grill made family cookouts a breeze, and we enjoyed many delicious meals on the patio. Every detail of this home was thoughtfully designed to ensure a comfortable and luxurious stay. This place is a true beachside paradise.

Cannot say enough good things about this Airbnb. The location was 10/10, being only steps away from the beach we were able to walk across the street every morning to surf. The neighborhood is so quiet and peaceful with lots of shopping and places to eat near by. The home itself was spotless. Everything looked brand new, had plenty of amenities and my group enjoyed the hot tub and pool area. Beds were so comfortable, bathrooms were spotless and it was nice to have a dedicated spot to park that was not on the street. Highly recommend this home if you are looking for somewhere to stay in the area!

We loved our stay!! Everything about this home is impeccable. The location is right by the most beautiful beach and has easy access to areas north and south. The pool is gorgeous and we spent every evening enjoying it. We will definitely be back!!

What a great Airbnb! The house was immaculate, updated, well appointed and the location was perfect. The house is conveniently just across the street from beach access. The heated pool and hot tub were fantastic. One thing to note - the primary bedroom is only accessible from outside of the house. This wasn't an issue for us, but just thought people should know. We'll definitely stay again next time we're in the area!

Beautiful airbnb with high end finishes, comfortable bed/bedding and all the amenities needed for a perfect stay. Enjoyed our time close to the beach in this gorgeous house and would certainly stay again!

This house is excellent! We had a wonderful time staying here, it is well maintained, well stocked, and well situated. We loved waking up in the morning and walking to the beach. The hosts are wonderful. They are very responsive, and helpful.

I grew up in the area so very familiar with the surroundings. It’s very walkable to restaurants on Hwy 101 and in a very quiet and quaint neighbourhood. Literally only a stone’s throw from one of two public beach access points in. Solana Beach. If you don’t like lots of stairs going down to the beach, then you can easily walk a half mile down the road or ride a bike to the ramp access to the beach at Fletcher Cove. We had a few questions about things in the house, and the hosts were very responsive and helpful. I would happily go back later this year.

Highest quality and most luxurious short term rental we’ve ever been in. Everything was immaculate. House is well stocked with quality items for your stay. Pool and hot tub are amazing. Outdoor dining at its finest. Beautiful neighborhood with a walk across the street to the beach. We couldn’t have asked for better hosts or a better place to stay at for our vacation. 5 stars and then some.

We had the best time staying here over Memorial Day weekend and into the week! The house was beautiful and had everything we needed—plenty of space for the whole family, a great pool and BBQ setup, and it was right across the street from the beach. It was the perfect spot for a laid-back Solana Beach getaway. We already want to come back!

As a north county native, I can truthfully say there is truly no better location in San Diego. Beautiful house and stay and incredible you can heat the spa/pool. To note, this is not a house for young children since the rugs and decor are white. Do note that the master suite is detached from the house. Two queen beds are in the main house. We will be back!!

Wow what a place! Beautifully appointed inside and out. Outdoor living space is exceptionally well laid out and landsacaping, pool, fireplace, seating, is ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐. Inside is well-laid out with luxury furnishings, comfortable beds/pillows, and intuitive tech (Sonos)... also the heated European toilets are 👍👍 Location is perfect... Beach access is literally right across the street. Hosts were extremely responsive (less than 10min response) and went the extra mile to provide an amazing experience. For example, one day we had a little bit of foliage in the pool after landscaping guys trimmed trees...3 hours later a professional pool guy is thoroghly cleaning. Also the communication was friendly (like they were friends trying to help within reason rather than some distant corporate manager directing from a handbook. Truly an exceptional place all around! We had a blast! Thank you! PS...can we get the name of the designer;)
